The room was comfortable with the exception of the lack of plug ins. Could not charge my phone from the bed which is strange for a hotel. The elevators were gross with sticky stuff smeared all over the walls. Riding the elevators is not a fun experience, they don't show you what floor you are on until you get to the top of the hotel. It's unsettling to not know which floor you are on. I wouldn't stay again but only because of the elevators. Staff in the hotel are kind and helpful. It's just an outdated hotel.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Rooftop pool is great for cool off at anytime. Very convenient base because everything is around you. The beach is 1 minute away, loads of food spots, busses are all close by if you need them and hotel staff are lovely.
